A key highlight of the programme is the Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) . This significant session marks an important step in strengthening collaboration and promoting greater awareness and development of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Penang and the Northern Region.
The programme also features discussions on port and logistics disputes, ADR for Penang’s construction sector, and an introduction to the AIAC Suite of Rules 2026, providing participants with valuable insights into practical approaches to dispute resolution.
Through this collaboration, the Justices of the Peace Mediation Bureau Penang continues to support dialogue, collaboration and amicable dispute resolution, contributing towards a stronger ADR ecosystem in the Northern Region.
